Types of Travel
National Park and Adventure travel works for all types of groups! I do custom planning for:
- Families looking to do that National Park trip.
- Girls’ Trips for ladies looking to get away for a few days.
- Couples looking for a new adventure.
- Honeymoons with an exciting twist!
- Destination Weddings in Nature.
- Epic National Park Roadtrips.
Whatever type of trip you want to do, I’ll create a custom itinerary based on your group’s desires – from long hikes to no hikes, mountain lovers to beach goers, adventure awaits.
Custom Travel Planning
Starting at $99 per day of travel, I will research and build you a custom itinerary that includes:
- Lodging for that night*
- Up to two activities per day**
- Restaurant Recommendations
- Routes/map for the day with estimated drive times
- Other transportation options if not renting a car*
*I book lodging, tours, and transportation but will have a cost additional to the $99 planning fee
**Activities may be a booked activity with additional cost (such as a raft trip), or a hiking suggestion that may be free.
***I do not book air travel. I can help with a rental car upon arrival. You are responsible for getting to your destination. If you would like a flight consultation, I will do that for an additional fee.
How Custom Travel Planning Works
- Submit an inquiry below with your name, contact information, number of travel days, destination (if known), number in your group, and anything else you would like me to know.
- I will invoice for 50% of the planning fees to start.
- Once you make the initial deposit, you will be sent a link to book a 60-minute planning call with me via Calendly.
- Let me work my magic and plan a fantastic vacation for you!
- Book your flights and have a second call with me to review and finalize your itinerary. Prior to this call you will be invoiced the second 50% of planning fees.
- Receive a finalized itinerary via TripIt and enjoy your vacation!
Itinerary Only
Are you looking for just a rough plan of what to do on your adventure trip? For $59 per day, I will build you an itinerary with suggestions for each location and a plan to get from point A to point B if you are visiting multiple places. This option does not include booking any lodging or tours, and does not include restaurant research and recommendations. Itineraries will include a suggestion of something like “stay in the park this night” or “stay in Moab” but leave the booking of everything up to you. This option might be for you if you’ve already booked a trip but aren’t sure how to spend your days, or you aren’t sure of when you plan to travel.

- Once you make the initial deposit, I will email you a questionnaire to better understand your interests.
- Let me work my magic!
- I will invoice the second 50%, and then you will be provided with a suggested itinerary in PDF form.
Travel Consultation
Maybe you’re like me, and you’ve already planned some of your trip, but you want my expertise on some aspect(s). Or perhaps you’ve been to the location before, but now you want to know some of the ‘off the beaten path’ recommendations. Book a one-hour consultation with me for whatever your questions are! Based on my expertise, I will only do consultations for destinations I know well and will not require additional research.
